2011 DARK RICH FRUIT CAKE COMPETITION

Queensland Shows gratefully acknowledges the generous support and sponsorship provided by Sunbeam Foods.

This competition tests the culinary skills of our regional Shows' exhibitors. The competition will maintain a heritage culture which has been renowned for generations. In the first instance a competition is held at the local Show level.  A Sub-Chamber final is then held and only the winner from the Sub-Chamber judging is eligible to compete in the State Final held during the Royal Queensland Show. 

The State Final cakes are displayed on the QCAS Display Stand for the duration of the Royal Queensland Show.
