"QLD SHOWS HIGH POINTS HORSE OF THE YEAR" 

The "QLD Shows High Points Horse of the Year" competition has been developed to provide a state wide competition to establish the best overall Led, Ridden & Jumping horses competing across the Queensland Agricultural Show Circuit over a one year period.

The competition commences on the 5th August 11 at the Pine Rivers Show and will run at all QCAS affiliated Shows held until the 31st July 2012 with the last eligible shows being Texas and Charters Towers. The 3 winning horses will be announced during the Royal Queensland Show (EkkA) in August 2012.

First Prize in each category is $1,500 proudly sponsored by
Bella Star Western Outfitters, Cooroy.

SCORE CARDS

Score Cards will be sent to eligible competitors on receipt of completed Entry Form and payment of $11 (incl GST) per Score Card.
Each Score Card cover 30 classes.
Score Cards will be posted to the address provided on the Entry Form.
Completed Score Cards are to be returned to the QCAS Office by the 5th August 2012. 

RULES OF COMPETITION

1. 1 x Registration per horse, per category.
2. Registration Fee - $11.00 per horse, per category, including 1st score card (additional score cards $11.00 each).
3. All rules and regulations of Queensland Chamber of Agricultural Societies Inc apply.
4. Tampering with score cards or providing false information will result in instant disqualification of animal and owner.
5. Completed score cards are to be returned to the QCAS Office by post or hand delivery.
6. Score cards to be completed by Class Judge or Steward on the day of judging only.
7. Score Cards are to be presented at a suitable time and place as directed by Class Steward.
8. Show, Class and Steward details to be clearly written.
9. Illegible cards will be cancelled.
10. This competition applies to QCAS affiliated Agricultural Shows ONLY.
